1. Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final prices may vary if additional work is required, in which case we will always agree the change with you before proceeding.
2. Emergency callouts
Emergency callouts are subject to availability. We aim to reach Uttoxeter and surrounding areas within one hour of your call but cannot guarantee specific response times due to traffic, weather and demand.
3. Payment terms
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. For larger projects, a deposit may be requested.
4. Cancellations
Non-emergency appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small admin fee.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, consequential losses, or damage caused by works undertaken by other parties.
6. Availability disclaimer
While we operate 24/7, our team is human — extreme weather events or unusually high demand may temporarily affect response times.
